My approach to nutrition
- There are no "good" or "bad" foods. Guilt and restriction tend to backfire; understanding does the opposite.
- Consistency beats perfection. Following a sensible plan most of the time — not all of the time — is what creates lasting results.
- Body composition matters more than the scale. Losing fat, keeping muscle, steady energy, and clothes fitting better are the wins worth chasing.
What's included
Every nutrition consultation is a one-hour, in-person session in Lansing, and includes:
