I'm Emily — a Certified Nutrition Specialist with a Master's in Human Clinical Nutrition and a Master Face Reader trained through the Lotus Institute. I help you see where your body and emotions are out of balance, then give you the tools to rebalance, heal, and grow into the version of you you're reaching for.
