About Emily

Meet Emily Miller, CNS & Master Face Reader

I'm Emily — a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Master Face Reader helping people across Greater Lansing feel at home in their bodies again. My work brings together two things rarely offered under one roof: clinical nutrition and the ancient art of face reading.

My story

I didn't set out to do health the conventional way. Through my own journey, I learned that real, lasting change almost never comes from another rigid diet or a number on a scale — it comes from understanding why the body holds on, and giving it a reason to let go. That belief shaped everything about how I work today: gently, honestly, and with the whole person in mind.

Two paths, one goal

Most people meet me through one of two doors.

Nutrition is the practical foundation — whole-food, protein-forward, and built around your real life, not a fantasy version of it. No "good" foods or "bad" foods, no shame, no fads.

Face reading is the deeper layer — a traditional Chinese practice that reads the face as a map of held emotions and energetic patterns. It's how I help people understand the stress, story, and self-protection that often sit underneath a stuck body.

Used together, they do what neither does alone: address the body and the emotional architecture beneath it. You can explore each on the nutrition counseling and face reading pages.

How I Work With People

I believe support should feel safe, never scary. You should leave a session understanding more about yourself — not feeling judged for where you are. Whether we start with food, with your face, or with both, the goal is the same: to help you rebalance, heal, and grow.
